Mark is a task-oriented professional offering over nineteen (19) years’ experience in Management Information Systems (design, development and maintenance), Research, Health Systems Strengthening, Systems Design, Health Promotion, Epidemiology (including Non-Communicable Disease Epidemiology), Geographic Information Systems, Data Management, Policy development, review and analysis, ICT for Health, Strategic Planning, Planning and budgeting, health program development, implementation and management.
Mark has demonstrated talent for analyzing problems, finding innovative solutions, and adopting/adapting best practices to suit the socio-economic and cultural environment, experience in the management, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes. He has expertise in analyzing the interrelation of factors affecting human populations. Ensuring health policy translation, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
He has worked within Ghana’s Health Sector in various capacities, from the Community. District and Facility, Regional levels to the National level.
