Julieta Martinez is the Founder of the TREMENDAS Collaborative Platform that promotes the empowerment of girls, adolescents and young people by inviting them to put their skills and talents at the service of the community to generate social impact. Julieta is also co-founder on the Latinas for Climate movement. In 2018, she was recognized as a young agent of change by Fundación Ashoka. In 2019 she is recognized as a Young Influential Woman by the Community of Influential Women in Chile in the framework of Apec, the same year she was a finalist in the Inspiring Girls International World Cup and was invited to participate in the COP25 in Madrid as one of the 4 young Speakers of the High-Level Event on Action for Climate Empowerment, Julieta is a member of PMNCH’s Adolescents and Youth Constituency, and part of the Climate Reality Leaders programme directed by Al Gore.
